Check In
Check in is at 11:00 am, check out is at 4:00 pm. Late checkout is dependent on availability and must be confirmed with the host the morning of checkout (in case of last-minute reservations).
Guests
Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay the night. Please do not exceed the maximum permitted occupancy of the unit at any time.
Etiquette
Please be courteous to other guests by keeping noise to a minimum and respecting quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If you're feeling boisterous, there's an abundance of bars, clubs and restaurants nearby where you can revel to your heart's content. Please be mindful of fellow guest during daylight hours as well. No smoking, and no pets unless approved by host, please.
Housekeeping
The swan may be pink, but we encourage you to think green—make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house, and don’t forget to close the windows and lock any outside doors. If indoor garbage and recycling bins become full during your stay, please appropriately dispose of each category in the large bins at the back of the property. Please rinse and place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Laundry is available for guests at the rear of the propert.
Whoopsie-Daisy
Broke or damaged something? Accidents happen—we just ask that you report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Message us on the Airbnb app and we’ll work it out.
Parking
This property is street parking only. In the heart of the city, parking can be limited. Please read street signage carefully as there are parking rules and restrictions that vary street to street.
Laundry
Washer and dryer use is available to guests. Please be courteous and promptly attend to clothing so that other guests can use the machines.
Garbage & Recycling
Please dispose of garbage and recycling in appropriate bins. If either bin becomes full during your stay, please take it out to the large bins at the back of the property.
Safety
Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock any outside doors. Please be respectful of other guests—we reserve the right to fine or ask guests to vacate the property after providing two warnings/notices due to excessive noise levels monitored on the property or receiving complaints from other units/neighboring properties.
